as dumb as this sounds... i made 2 careers on this games, and only once did it ask how many sets i wanted to play in each type of match. Is it a "one size fits all" kinda deal?

I agree with Stajus, partners make too many easy/random errors now so people can just spam the partner and get tons of easy free points which doesn't seem fun does it..
So my question is if we can just get the partners from like the 1.0d version or so cause they seemed to play fine back then without too many random errors, but the human players should stay like they are now..
So it stays as "hard" to volley for the human players but cpu's make less random errors..

Little problem. When i try to play a Davis cup round, i can't know if my country will play (this just for 1st round i mean), but most of all, if my country is out of the cup, and i try to partecipate to the event, the game say "your country is out" or something like this, and that's okay, but after this attempt my player can't join any other events of the Davis cup week and in a few words he lose a week of play in the tour. Is it possible to solve that thing?

And again, in game menu i have all shadows activated, but on court i see only the ball shadow, and nothing more, no players, no racket, no objects etc.

Last thing, lobs are terribly effective now, don't you think they rock too much? With a decent lob % (decent, not good), it's almost the same, when my opponents hit a lob, 8 times every 10 shot is a winner. They are high and deep, and that's right, but the ball fly in the air really too much fast. It' s rare too see a winner lob in real tennis, so it's very unreal to see all that points made with this shot.

Cheers

I see players in real life attempting a drop shot after a second serve and it works effectively. How come it won't work here? I think that change.

I updated recently and has the camera change in terms of it switching sides. Though i am still playing from behind player 1 my character i am now on the opposite side of the court and the opposite side of the umpire. Anyway to change this back to the old camera of it not changing and your character stays on this side and i can play from that side always because switching sides makes the camera move about a lot more which is more difficult to play!

about the doubles CPU volleys :
I did a set in doubles, and I didn't notice much long volleys, while I noticed less wide faults, so all in all, it's not so different from before... Is that so much a trouble ?

about serve from the corner :
it's allowed to do that in real life, and now that the camera can span as needed with the 3D courts, there's not much reason to disallow it in game anymore.

flutoot101,
set choice screen is only shown when the "Advanced Options" are turned on. You still can change the number of sets before each match, though.

Zurdo.,
without more detail, I'd recommend to use the Default parameters (ie: Mild dynamic), it's the easiest one on the eyes with dynamic zoom.

swissmade,
did u try to update ur video drivers ?
If u stick to the net, yup it's quite hard to catch a lob, but it's almost same than before, and if u stand a bit more far, it's usually easy enough to catch it.

Mr.Schmith,
then I guess I already answered u 4999 times...
Look in the video settings for the Aspect Ratio mode (with "Advanced Options" turned on)

megadam,
I'm not sure to understand what u mean, but it may be related to the spanning bug that was corrected in today SubBuild.
