1) What happens if one gives all players a similar RankPerYear?

2) Why don't you provide an option to disable this RankPerYear stuff: let players face each other according to their original skills, mindset, form... grow and decrease organically in cycles of win, losses, luck... like Football Manager does. Te RankPerYear wants to make the circuit realistic but it makes players unrealistic (e.g I faced Guido Pella, incredible 2, his fastest serve was at 160 kmh. I met a Querrey with 26% first serve... I've seen Bautista Agut with better serve stats than Kyrgios etc etc).

It bends too much player's abilities and tennis styles to a point where it's sometimes no longer a simulation. Perhaps the community could work on players stats like FM does with their scouts network, so the realism would be improved.

1) All players will have a similar global strength

All the players you cited have random skills ; eg: Pella has 1 in service power. If you want to set their skills to a more realistic representation, then you can change them in the Players.ini and send me the result if you want I put them in the official game.
