Hello

I'm not sure whether it's the latest version of the base game or the latest version of the XKT patch that's doing it, but now when I edit the WT_NewGame number in the profile doc to start a career with lots of experience points, the game doesn't change the amount of experience I start with.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

if you have activated TEM2 within TE4, then you need these special sections when you play TEM2 within TE4 :

Unfortunately this isn't the cause because I don't have TEM2... so I'm changing the same parts I've always changed and it doesn't work. It's very possible it's a XKT problem rather than base game and I haven't tried uninstalling to test it yet. But I thought I'd ask anyway.

Be sure to edit XKT.ini and not Tennis.ini .

Following the latest post in the "Tennis.ini settings for World Tour experience gains" it's become this a change in the base game rather than caused by any mods.

I even tested it by uninstalling all mods and running the base game with the changes made to the profile ini. Still doesn't work.

Will you fix this or do we need to use the work around mentioned in the above topic?

I just checked and indeed the section WT_NewGame & WT_NewGameTEM are inverted (ie: WT_NewGame is used for the TEM2 Mode instead of WT_NewGameTEM, and vice versa). It'll be fixed in the next update, but meanwhile, you can add the WT_NewGameTEM section to your .ini and modify the entries you need and it should work.
