My game plays online in slow motion with desync, i have 290ms average and green turtle. I have a wired optical stable connection 200mbps/20mbps. What settings should i change to play without lag and freezes? From the game or the router? I play ps5 online without problems. Please help

290ms seems pretty high if you play with someone from Europe. It might be normal with China, though, as there are a lot of players from there.

Just be sure to use the Auto-Delay, or if you set it manually, it should be at least 167ms, or possibly even more.

Yes i am in Greece. I think i have auto delay enabled. Is there any other setting to change in order to make online game better? I am new to this online. I always played offline

The most important thing is to be connected by wire to your router (ie: do not use WiFi). Except that, there's not much to do.
