"Coop"- Career

Hi,

I just started the game and whilst starting out a new Career i found the Option to have more than 1 Player (up-to 4). Sadly, if i want to create more than one player, the game crashes, so from what i saw until now, i assume this feature is not implemented at the moment.

Is my assumption correct, or is there something i can do, to create more than one player and can play my career "coop"?

Hello,

this is implemented, but I fixed a bug a couple of weeks ago and that lead to the 2nd player being corrupted when starting a multi-player career..! :sweat:

It'll be fixed in the next update, thanks to your report ! :yes: (coming within a couple of days, normally :fear: )

So Happy to hear that :).

Thank you a lot for the hard work. Game is awesome and fun :).

One more thing i noticed. When CPU Matches are calculated, they always (I play as a Junior) simulate 2 Sets.
Is there an overview, how many sets are the CPU playing, so i can match that accordingly (Realism ;))?

Good evening,

Can we be a doubles partner when we are doing a career together ?
For example my brother (player 2) and me (player 1)?
because when I go to the ranking and the technical sheet of my brother's player, the partner logo does not appear. On the other hand it is displayed for a CPU

I don't understand your issue. Do you mean there are best-of-5-set matches in real life for Junior players ?

There was/is no issue per se.

What i saw was, when CPU plays CPU in the career mode, it always simulatesa 3 Set Match. (Not 1 or 5)
When i start up a career, it proposes different Game length to me as a player. 1 for Quali, 3 for Grand Slams etc.

Because i never played something else than junior, i just asked if it always takes the 3 set for calculations of NPC-Matches.

I read that there is ongoing fatigue over a Tournament, and therefore to make things "fair" i wanted to play in the same length, to have eventually the same fatigue Level over the course of a Tournament and do not gain an "unfair" advantage above my virtual competitors.

From what i have seen so far NPC Players are not getting fatigue at the start, nor over a match. At least not so much that i have felt a difference.

Just to explain, no issue at all. But i am curios how the systems in the game works.
So far i do not get Fatigue, Stress and the Decrease of Ability. At least not what the effects are or how the Decrease of abilities is calculated.

As an example:
1) Therefore, how far can a created character get due his career if i start at 0% from everywhere? To know that i would need to understand the calculations and such.

2) How do i apply Stress to an Opponent, and what effect does it have?

3) How long do i have to play to get fatigued? Will i slow down and have less power then?

4) These are the things i try to find out.

Is there something to read, to figure all of this out?

0) to my knowledge, in real life, all Junior matches are played in best-of-3-set matches.
Some pro tour matches (ie: Grand Slams, Davis Cup, and in the past, Master finals) are played in best-of-5.
You can choose to play in fewer sets than that, but the simulated matches are always done with the real sets.

But this reminded me that I should indeed scale up the tiredness when playing with fewer sets, so I just did that for the next update..! :yes:

1) I don't understand well again... :blackeye: Even if you start at 0%, you'll get experience points to spend in training sessions to raise your skills

2) Stress happens on important matches & moments, and when playing against a weaker opponent: in this case, his level will lower a bit, but only to his opponent's level, at worst.

3) Your Short Term Form has to go below the little triangle to get fatigue effects ; your player will run slower & hit less strong in such a case

I am reaaaally looking foward to this update. :D

Then i can start my Coop Career, i do not need to worry about match length and it will be awesome <3.

Gameplay is so fun, i am at Par with Pro 10 atm. Maybe a little bit better, but lets see how good i will be once the kids grow up, and things get way more serious :D.

By any chance, do you have a plan when to release the next minor update with the two fixes?
(Please do not feel rushed, i am just exited :D).
