Hello Manutoo or anyone else who can help.

How can I change the default start of career age? I'm limited to 18 years old, and I want to start at a younger age like 14. Where is this held in the files? I've looked in all the folders and can't find the code for it.

it's not possible to change that.

would be a good addition in the future for TE4 or future TE2013 updates if there are any

You can start as a 14-year old Junior in TEM2 & TE4.
