Hello!
1st of all - Thank you, manutoo!

Now, i`ve prepaid TE4 Alpha and occasionally playing it while waiting for full version.
I have two things to point out and hopefully to wait for their solutions.

1) the ball has no shadow
2) after playing 1-2 matches game starts lagging and fps drop down significantly. Actually so much that it becomes difficult to play against serious opponent.

I`ve tried all possible quality options. When there is no public its fine for longer period.

My laptops is not bad:
GeForce 1050 Ti
8 gb RAM
i5 - 7300HQ @2.5

Im playing quite heavy games on it so kinda surprised with this problem.

1) What is your version ? It was fixed in the SubBuild 2019.11.19

2) First, update to the latest version if you don't have it.
Then could you check 2 things :
a) Check your GPU & CPU temperatures ; if one or both run too hot, turn on V-Sync in the Video options if you had turned it off
b) Launch the Windows' Task Manager, and check if TE4 is eating a big amount of RAM (ie: maybe I created some memory leak and once the game has eaten all the available memory, it gets very slow )

I`ve made clean install with what ive downloaded from email link, guess the version is updated on that link
Otherwise where can I get it from?

sorry, I meant to turn on V-Sync...
The memory usage seems normal.
So check for excessive heat, and also check if your laptop doesn't enter some energy-saving mode. If it's unplugged, plug it in.

I agree the ball has no shadow at all. I tried all settings on 2d courts (my mac cant play 3d) but i couldnt get ball shadow.

Hey guys!

Initially, I want to congratulate you for the great job in developing this game.
Unfortunately, I need to report that I use MacOS and after three days of trying, I am getting serious troubles with the gameplay. I use the mouse to play (as I do in TE2013) and it is very very difficult to play in TE4. I have already tested all possible settings, of sensitivity and filter, however, in all setups, the game constantly misreads the movement I do on the mouse. Often, the player goes to the opposite path to the commanded one. Moving vertically on the court, too, is quite impossible.
I hope my report will contribute to development.
I will be waiting to be able to fully play the game, being able to contribute with other comments.

indeed the mouse controls didn't work correctly at all ! It'll be fixed in the update, thanks to your report..!

When I start the game in training club the screen is blank. I haven't tried world tour or anything else in the game.

I think it means your GPU (or IGP) doesn't support correctly DirectX 11. Do you know what model it is ? (if not, send me a Bug Report ; HowTo => topic5-31732.php )

Hey manutoo, it's Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000, and by doing a google search I see that it is indeed not compatible. Looks like there might be a workaround, so I'll try that. Let me know if you know of any other ways to troubleshoot this!

even if you make it work, it might not be powerful enough. If you don't have any plan to upgrade your PC, contact me by email for a refund (if you have bought the game less than 45 days ago).
