Can i play with 2 players ? [Male & Female in Career]

Can i run 2 games, one man plays ATP and one women plays WTA at the same time .
Switch from one to the other if i want ?
How to do ?

Hello,

you can use the save/load screen and click on the Men/Women icon to switch between your 2 careers.
