I reinstalled over and didn't change, uninstall keeping my personal data and install again and nothing, and also uninstalled not keeping anything, installed again and nothing

Did you try to reboot your PC ?

that's the only thing I didn't do yesterday, and just the one that I should've thought of in the first place, I tried now and it worked
