Does TE4 work with DirectX 12 on your computer as I cannot play any matches either at training club or on tour. I just get a blue screen and the game crashes.

It looks like you changed the way the game shows us our FPS, how do I interpret getting around 380?

you might have the Tuesday's version where CPU vs CPU matches = blue screen, and playing in the World Tour right after have activated your Key = crash.
Download yesterday's version and you should be better.

do you have a Mac ? If yes, you need a MacOS version + an GPU/IGP supporting Metal. (read the posts before)

Algo,
it might mean you have turned off VSync, and you check that from the menus. If it's in-game, then you seriously buffed up your PC..!

How do I find yesterday's wersion to download. I am confused here.

just use the download from your License Key email again.
You can check your current version build date in the Credits screen.

Well I have downloaded the game again and used the license key. The build version date is for 21st. Now the game is worse. As soon as you click on start a new game a black screen appears with a red tennis ball in the top right corner. Then the game just crashes. I don't get it. Tennis elbow 13 works perfectly. Looks like I will have to go back to playing that. I have windows 10, direct x 12, 64 bit operating system and processor is 1.60 GHz. Should that be ok? I admit I am not very technical if something is not working.

there was a big bag bug that is fixed now, thanks to your report ! You can download & install the game again.
Right now, this is a prototype with possibly many bugs, and surely many things not final, so it can get a bit challenging to play with it.
And the most important things for your PC is to have 4GB of RAM + a good GPU. What is your GPU ?

On my side I never had any trouble with TE4, apart from the speed of movement of the player.

I have downloaded the game yet again and still it does not work properly. It all loads and you can choose to play a new game and create your player and start the tour. But when it comes to the matches you can only do the text based matches. As soon as you click on the other you get a blue screen and then nothing. My laptop is 8GB with over 7 free. I am not sure what my GPU is. The info just says Intel HD Graphics. My laptop is an Acer Aspire ES 15.

try to play a match in the Training Club. If the screen is also blue, then send me a Bug Report (HowTo => topic5-31732.php ).
You likely not have a GPU good enough for the 3D, so try to activate the 2D Background in Settings -> Video -> Advanced.
