when will the first version of TE4 come out?

I remember you said something aboute June or July this year with an alpha. Am i right? or did i miss something?

He has stated a thread for TE4 , and clearly he is being documenting every step he is taking for the development of TE4. Visit the thread , he is a human he too has a family

Is everyone going to be able to download Alpha version or just the ones that have pre-ordered the game? Thanks very much in advance.

the Prototype will be available only to those who have or will pre-order the game.
For the 1st Alpha, it's undecided at the moment, but it'll likely be the same.
For the 2nd Alpha (or Early Version, if there's no 2nd Alpha), there might be a demo, although it's still undecided right now.
