Maybe adding a handshake?

Another fun feature i just thought about would be BALLS WEARING OUT, so you would have NEW BALLS every 9 games. New balls would be faster and a little harder to handle, becoming slower and slower until they're replaced for new ones.

there are 3 issues with the new balls :
- it's a lot about the feeling in the racket, so in a video game, we don't actually feel it
- I didn't find any reliable data to put into realistic equations the effects of the ball decay
- it'd seriously complicate the tuning of the gameplay balance

1. for court modding, it is quite hard to do in te2013, as sometimes courts dont fit in the lines, so maybe in te4 we can manually move every line, then adjust the length of it. i think this will be much easier than what it is now.
2. for scoreboards, could you add more stats, such as topspin rates, distance ran, etc, and maybe implement graphs in the statboard

1) I'll add a 2-point setup : you'll enter the coordinate of the top left & bottom right corners in the .ini and the engine will calculate the camera parameters from them

texturing won't be the same : for TE2013, it was 1 texture for everything ; for TE4 it'll be material based, so it'll have several different textures, one for each kind of material (eg: 1 metal texture for the fences, etc.). For the ads, it'll work the same as TE2013 ( => https://www.managames.com/Forum/topic29-17356.php ).

That at the end of the year allow only 8 players who are under a certain age to participate.

Hi manu, two suggestions here

1) Net movement whenever the ball hits it
2) Shadows: if you're playing indoor or at night (if that would be possible in TE4) shadows should be different than if you're playing outdoor during the day

I would suggest to also include the option to play the game at a lower speed. This was not included in the 2013 version and I don’t see it in TE4 as well. I once had a game, World Tour Tennis, where this was an option and it was great. I used it a lot when I wanted to focus on the tactics and not on my response time ability. It would be great if TE4 would build this in as well so that one can play at say 80% or even 60% of the speed. (Note: it should not be that difficult as you already have the lower speed option in the replay). Thanks!

slowing down the time would make the ball physics very strange, and likely make the player movement feels sluggish.
But it should be possible to add this option in the Tennis.ini. Ask me again when I'll be taking Modding request. (in a long time )

My experience is not that the game gets more sluggish. It just gives you more time to consider your moves, and is in a way less nerve wracking.

I would appreciate the addition.
