New tennis.ini file with build #46

Manu

First of all...I need to know precisely what you mean by private stuff...
I ONLY sent the PM because I thought maybe I was the only one having the problem...
No need to get irritated...
I made a mistake the other day and posted in the wrong topic, but I DO know how to select "new topic", but thanks for the link anyway... :?

NOW for my question...
Is the "tennis.ini" file for build #46 now in the form of a zip or.rar file?
I ask this because I cannot open the file like I used to be able to do with ANY of the previous builds...
It says that "windows cannot open this type of file (which usually happens with zipped and .rar files) and then I'm sent to some link where I'm instructed to buy some kind of tool to open the file...
( The free sites are no longer active)
If this is indeed the case, is there a way for you to send the .ini file for this build the way it used to be), short of having to buy some tool OR any other suggestion would be helpful...

Hello,

private stuff = stuff that is private, that no other people should read about... So mostly, that'd be key problem, or anything involving giving some personal data (email, real name, etc). As another example, a hack report should be also private, so no other people would know about it before I fix it. That's all that come to my mind now... :)

So the .ini didn't change.
But now, I save a temporary .ini-new file instead of saving directly the Tennis.ini ; so if the game crashes during the saving, the Tennis.ini won't be damaged & cut in half.
If you actually can see a .ini-new , it means the game crashed on exit. Relaunching the game & exiting it should remove the .ini-new file.
And in all cases, the Tennis.ini should still be there, and it's the one you want to modify, even if there's a .ini-new still along. (if it's not there, then I managed to create a new bug :fear: )
