Ok, it's rather strange... Without being able to reproduce the issue on my PC, I'm really not sure what's going on... :sweat:

Now I got this problem, but yet opened the fraps for the record - the problem is gone.
It was like this: I was on the main menu (where the trainclub, credits etc) im clock on anything (options like sounds, video and m, or training club or credits) except enter to match, although into play options or char settings. but then for a second everything returns to the root menu with a tr.club, credits and the option headbar name (yellow-gold word) on which the mouse - flickers!

The newly updated steam version of TE is good and very useful.But it's lagging while playing cooperative doubles. Only the cooperative doubles lags, and that too playing online and not on offline.I thought it is because of the ping.But even when I played with 80-90ms ping.It still lags.But in the previous version I mean in the v1.0i it was normal.Any solution for this??Please give..Thanks.

Giant,
1) what Delay is set when you play with a 80-90ms ping ? 67ms ?

2) Could you turn on the FPS and tell me what are the FPS during a non-lagging match, and what are the FPS during an online coop doubles ?

3) The Competitive Doubles don't lag ?

1) Yes. It was around 70ms when i played with 80-90ms ping.
2)The FPS for the normal match was around 50-60.And during coop doubles it was 19-23.
3) But after playing coop doubles,competitive doubles lags a little bit,and moreover with the same ping which was played in coop doubles.

Since the problem with false cyclic clicks was not solved, it seems to disappear after changing to another window using alt-tab.
But I would like to understand how, via using dev.mode to see which shot was used in the match replays? (because visual I cant clearly recognize. But there just stuck only one shot, e.g (0Ssid-short strike)

ok, this is very strange... I did a quick test on my PC, and it was working normally.
I don't see how the Coop doubles could be slower than the Competitive one.
Did you install a Mod that would show country flags ? If so, try without it.
If not, maybe uninstall everything & reinstall everything ; this helped other players with lag everywhere, so I'm not sure it'd help you with lag in that specific setup.

"0Ssid-short strike" is the shot decision for the CPU, so if there's no CPU, it'll never change... :)
For the human players, check the changes of "B0c / B0c" ; 0 = button num ; u/c/d = up/center/down (up/down are inverted when on bottom of the screen)

Ok. But its very hard to understand. B0 -1 -2 -3 Changing very fast, half seconds, and sometimes changing evern when ball not in game. And left B0c for who? Right as well?
(Ah, it seems like real player pressing? at same time, even just for while? Left for bottom player. u/c/d not depend of players custom remap strikes?

yes, left one is for bottom player.
The code is the internal engine button coding, so it doesn't depend of the player remapping. It corresponds to the default settings in the Controls menu.

there's no turtle ( = waiting for opponent) when you play Doubles Coop, right ?
Could you post your System.log, after have played a Doubles Coop ? (from "<SteamFolder>\SteamApps\common\Tennis Elbow 2013" )

Just downloaded the new patch. All the edits I made in the players.wta are now gone. Last time I updated it created the last used file but it did not this time. Is there anyway to recover the file ?

I'm afraid there's no way to get these files back.
You could try with Glary Undelete : https://www.glarysoft.com/glary-undelete/ ; but if I remember well, it doesn't work correctly when files are overwritten by an installer.

Note: the best is to have a Mod so installing a new version won't interfere with your changes ; it should go in this folder : Mods/MyMod/Data/Players.ini .

After installing v1.0j I bumped into an issue: the game now feels like I have VSync on - even if I don't - or at a high delay all the time - even with good net conditions - and affects return game primarily, as normal shot anim tends to kick in automatically without giving me the time to actually direct shots. Therefore, many returns are central and there's nothing I can do about it (except trying to anticipate every shot, which is not natural though).
Such problem has never occurred on previous versions, so I'm wondering how this new patch has been able to change my gaming experience this badly. A fresh install did not make things better.
I've also noticed a new setting on top of advanced section, called "Unknown Code !!!"*, set on Activated. When I turn it off game gets even worse. I'm using ITST Mod 1.18.
