The latest I can start my pro career is 2013-2028. I want a 2015-2017 start

Also, how can I adjust my age? My player is 15 but I want them to be younger.

you can't do either.

You can however play in Season mode and start any year of the base, but then you won't have training anymore, your skills won't change over the year.
