How work computer levels?

Postby bigu30 » 13 Jul 2016, 19:01

Hi, manutoo!!
I looked for some topic about it, but I can't find!!
So, I have a question about the computer levels. How does this work?
I saw we have six great levels, with 10 sublevels each. So, I thought if I increase gradually the computer levels, it improves the same form your ability in game. But if I play with a defender in Pro 1 until Pro 5, I don't note significative changes in its ability, but when I change to Pro 6, it improves largely!! Are there some "subgroup" inside each level?
Another thing I noted is the speed that the opponent reaches the ball. I played with Andy Murray in two different levels, Pro 6 and Pro 8, and I saw that, a bit more speed he reaches the ball, changes completely the game. I can win him in Pro 6, with a lot of winners, but in Pro 8, just two sublevels up, I need to 7 to 8 games to get to win a single one!! I always lose for 6/1 6/1. I really didn't wait so many differences in so few sublevel changes!
Is the improves resulting from sublevel changes follow a scale? Or does each level have a different increase with sublevel changes?

Hello,

you might want to try Pro-7, then... ;)

Difficulty is mostly linear, ie: there's as much difference between Junior-6 & 7, as between Pro-10 and Master-1. There's a couple of exceptions ; for example between Club & Junior, because Club does basic direct fault while Junior doesn't.

Thanks!
May be I am a bit lazy when I change the level!
I am trying many differents levels to see what is more challenging to me, but without being too complicated too!!
The feature of easily change levels is one of more enjoyable of this game!
