it's not possible ; you can only starts a Seasons Mode in 2016.

Il est possible de commencer en 2016, ou même en 2021 si tu veux. Dans un premier temps, n'oublions pas qu'une carrière dure 15 ans, on ne peut pas changer cela. Ensuite, va dans les MODS/DATA du jeu, etPlayerATP.ini, et change le "First Year" en 2016 et le "Last Year" en 2031 (donc 15 ans de carrière).
Tu lances le jeu, choisis la date de ta carrière en auto, tu fais ton perso etc, et magie, tu commences en 2016

It's possible to begin in 2016, or 2021 if you want. In first, don't forget that a career is 15 years, you can't change it. But you can cheat on the game. Go in MODS/DATA, PlayerATP.ini, and change the First Year for 2016 and the Last Year for 2031 (15y career).
PLay the game, choose auto date career, create your char and enjoy.
