i downloaded the new version and all my world tour files were erased, what can be done about this.

have you started the configuration and have you chose your previous profile instead of "default" before opening the game?

Hello,

if you installed over your current installation, it should be fine, maybe just need to reload your custom Profile, if any, like swissmade said.

If you installed in a new directory, then you should locate your old directory, and copy from it the sub-directory "Profiles" to the new installation directory.
