my thoughts.

-Smashes and volleys are weak, weak, weak. Doing a winner volley with 70% abilities is a pain, and i'm not a bitch when i paly. Speed up the volley and the smash, at least with acceleration button, come on!

-The "minimize problem" is really boring, when the game become crazy the mouse continue to click and do what it want. I give up a match on 64 51 for me and i skipped three weeks of tournaments for this fucking problem.

-Where is the stop volley??

-My Davis Cup team must INVITE me to play if the nation is scheduled to play and if i'm the 1st or the 2nd player of this nation in the ranking (for singles and doubles too). Now i must ask to partecipate, and, if i'm not wrong, if the nations haven't rounds to play, i lost the tournament week without a sense.

-The top spin ruin the game. If a cpu player have 95% skills almost in every ability, but 10-15% in top spin, i can beat it with pro level, with my player with 65% medium abilities. If i challenge a cpu player with 70% in every abilities and 40-50% in top spin, the only way to do a point is rushing to the net. I have stats with 120 net rushes against these players. I CAN BEAT ROGER FEDERER IN STRAIGHT SETS AND I CAN'T WIN MORE THAN TWO GAMES IN A MATCH WITH BARTHOLOME SALVA VIDAL. THAT'S JUST FUNNY. PLEASE FIX IT, OR TELL ME HOW TO LOWER ITS EFFECTIVENESS.

swissmade:

It is really unfortunate that you use such language and tactlessness. Is that necessary or appropriate? Does that validate your criticisms or improve your arguments? It certainly is certainly not like Federer, the great Swiss.

You actually have some great points, though. It's just that your presentation of them distracts me from your insightful observations.

If you mean that my presentation was a bit aggressive, well, maybe, but that's my way to make better the game, maybe not so smart, you can like it or not, but i'm not doing my interests, all the words are propositive, propositive and propositive. I wrote much times, in past months, big praises to this game, and today, July 7th, i have the same mind.

Last, i don't want to be offensive, but i could have more tactic than you, on real coirt and in this game, i manage tennis from more than 10 years, it's not necessary to meet someone to give me some lessons. Sometime, two direct words are too effective than a page of concepts. I wrote a clear example of two players, and this example prove that something's wrong. If you think i'm wrong, speak about it, and give my presentation the right relevance. Thanks.

The problem seem to come when i open other programs and TE is open too, but minimized. When i finish with these programs and i switch to TE, in full screen, the mouse is "always pressed", every thing i can try to do, so if i pass the cursor on an option (quit, stats, controls etc), the mouse click on all....the game become mad, the screen change 3 or 4 times in a second like i continue to click and click and click with no pauses, but obviously i do not. I have this problem on my home pc and on an other pc, it's still the same. l have not found a way to solve the problem, at the moment. It's a bit boring, if you care not about.

For my other points, this is not the Holy Bible, people can read my words and forget all five minutes ago, but some problem remain. But this is the best tennis game and i love it, i don't want to be rude with no-one, just direct and clear.

swissmade, actually, I'm afraid it's not a bug I can fix. But you should be able to manually fix it each time it happens by pressing either the mouses buttons, or the "alt" keys on the keyboard, and if u have a joystick, try to press its buttons as well.

I do agree that the volleys and smashes are compared to real life too weak and that it's really hard to have a positive net statistic.

Is it possible that just me and this smart guy have this opinion? Other players play groundstrokes only? Maybe the online play (player vs player) minimize the problem?
