R.Gasquet:

If I may answer this, it seems that the option to always open this type of file has been selected, and there is no program associated with the .dmo file extension. Basically, instead of prompting you to download the file, Windows is attempting to open it. One easy work around (if it works) is to right-click on the link to the file and choose "Save Target As...." I just tested this with Internet Explorer, and this method seems to work fine. So, instead of left-clicking on the link to the file, right-click on it and follow the step above.

AutoRecord = 1
Play = 2009-03-18.11-43 - B10 vs CC 1-0.dmo

1) did you close the game before editing the .ini?
2) are you sure is not //Play? because with the " / " it won't work
but if you closed the game before doing the changes on the .ini and you don't have // before Play it should work normally :?
pd: be specially careful on closing the game before you edit anything on the .ini

Hello everybody.

Okay, I'm going to play the silly one again.
I opened the tennis.ini file (while the game was off), changed Autorecord to 1, opened the game, played a match ... my profile/demo folder remains desperatingly empty.
I know I'm really silly sometimes. :?

I hope you saved the file after changing Autorecord to 1 ?

Brecht, if u use a custom profile, instead of "Tennis.ini", u have to edit "Profiles/[NameOfYourProfile].ini" ; also, the game can't record a resumed World Tour match.
Lastly, u can open the "System.log" file and look for "Error" & "Warning" in it.

Salut Manu

I tried it too, but I can't find any "record" line in the "myprofile.ini". I used contr+F after searching in the file with my own eyes ... And the only "warning" in the systemfile relates to a bitmap image ...

Brecht, then u should add these lines in ur custom profile .ini , before [Network] :
Code: Select all
[Record]
AutoRecord   =   0
//Play      =   2009-03-17.12-00 - P.1 vs P.2.dmo

Hi!

New problem (I know such pbs have already been reported ...)
I tried to have a look at the match that Togtdyalttai posted there :
topic8-1970.php&start=15
I didn't watch the whole match, just the first 4 games, but I noticed that everything seems to work fine when it is Hakanomoku who is on serve, but those when Togtdyalttai is serving are weird: I can see one or the other close the point, but then there is no announcement from the umpire, and both players are still running from side to side without hitting a ball as if playing with an invisible ball :unsure: :?: I can hear the sound of their feet on the clay but no hitting ... Or more simply: announced score and end of the point don't correspond to each others (Togtdyalttai seems to win, but Hakanomoku gets the point, or the other way around).
I never had such pbs while watching my Word Tour matches or my online matches.

Brecht, this is a desync during the replay... It keeps in the "void" till the point is over in the replay data, even if the point is already over on the screen...

Have I don't something wrong? :? It's not working. This is what I put:

[Record]
AutoRecord = 1
Play = 2010-02-07.11-32 - V.Vil vs S.Smi 4-6 6-3 6-4.dmo

Then I went into training and match, neither works. :(
