I hope that two-handed backhand will be better after the next updating... Because two-handed backhand is worse than in real life... I think you should give real features to shots like in the real world...

I think the spin needs to be tuned and balanced...it's not difficult enough to get out of pressure situations with it. How many times I have begged for this lol.

I am just wondering if this shot or strike is present here, I haven't done or seen it yet here in TE, but is there anybody here can do using 2H BH or 2H FH an angled smash like most of the Pros can do? I just love this shot since I saw that shot years ago when Monica Seles used to do this. Manutoo, it this strike/shot is not present at this time, can you add this one in the next update?

That's not true in the slightest, and it hasn't been for 6 months.

Care to elaborate?

If I try the "make your opponent run out of accelerations/patience" tactic with 0 spin, it's extremely hard or impossible. If I try it with more spin(defender style too), it becomes totally viable to such extent that it completely changes the rally dynamics so that it's a completely different game. Imo one stat should not change(to the worse) the game so much, and that's exactly what it does right now. It really just desperately needs balancing, for online play.

I'd very much like to have two different attributes, one for forhand topspin and one for backhand top spin. If this is possible Manu, I think it'd be a great addition to the game if you were able to have a lofty topspin forehand with a flatter backhand like Murray. Thanks :D:D:D

I think I may have said something about that a while back, but I know I've at least thought about it. Good idea.

Hi Manu,

Not a complaint, but a suggestion...

Maybe in the future there could be an option on the "slice" backhand for "volleyers" whereby you get a little speed bonus if the slice is hit from inside the baseline as opposed to behind the baseline...(maybe it could be accessed and adjusted in the .ini...)

This would allow for a little more "bite" on the slice approach shot, since right now the CPU at the higher levels is so adept at getting to and hitting great lobs and passing shots off of such a low type of shot...

Sometimes though, the opposite is also true where if the slice approach is actually slower, which allows you to close in "tighter" to the net...

I guess what I'm really getting at is the option to "change the speed" (faster/slower) of the slice approach so that it's not ALWAYS the same speed as the rally slice...

The "usual" slice would continue to be applicable for defense and changes of pace during rallies to upset the rhythym...

If this would upset the game for the "online" players, maybe it could be just an option for CPU play...

Also, similar to what bauer066, Algo and Tog were alluding to...the ability when rallying with high topspin to be able to hit an accelerated "flatter" strike (not necessarily just the backhand), because right now if you use acceleration it's harder, but still unrealistically "loopy"...
