Hello manu2,
I have a question. When i have been playing some online matches i have been playing some players, mainly the top players, and have been noticing a new type of shot they are using. Now i ask them and of course they don't tell me so i hope i can describe it well enough so u can tell me how. I feel if was able to execute this shot like some of these players, I would definitely take my game to the next level.
Now with this type of shot i have noticed its not a slice shot because its too fast to be a slice shot. It seem faster than an acceleration shot also and more like a smash which for me is the b1+b2(which i think is it? I just use the windows key or the little flag in between the ctrl and alt keys). Now when the shot hits the ground i notice that it tails away from me making it more difficult to make a return shot. I most often have to take an extra second and move my player over and either do the smash like i was gonna do or just use the acceleration. This shot for me is tough to handle especially against the top players when i can't use it myself to counter them. If i just use the slice they just pound the ball cross court on me.
Hope my description helps and your able to tell me how to execute this game changing type of shot. A little side note for all of u that wouldn't help me. SCREW U!

Hello,

It's very likely the "Nadal" shot.
Press B1, and do the following sequence before hitting the ball :
- center
- up
- down

practice it in warm-up mode to get the hang on it.

um yes what do u mean by center up down? with the arrow keys? and if so what is center?

Ok, I tried this out. I had never done the "Nadal" shot before, and it was definitely not what I was doing when Tsonga asked me about it. What I was doing was just a normal acceleration, but he refused to believe me. With the Nadal shot, I've found that it goes out way too often for my liking, so I doubt I'll use it regularly.

What is this "center" thing? This is the first that I have heard of it (not even the best player, Tsonga, knew about it -- just kidding ). It is not mentioned in the Full Documentation. What is it for exactly, and what other shots can it be used with? Having to press b1 then up+down, then up, then down, is a lot. Do you keep b1 pressed down during all of the other key presses (obviously yes I think, but I want to be sure). Thanks.

"center" can be replaced "nothing pressed" if u prefer, and of course B1 should be help pressed...
