World Tour Germany F2 Singles # of sets

Postby CC » 20 Dec 2008, 12:20

I made it (so far) to the semi-finals of the Germany F2 Singles, and I just noticed that the other matches (of players in other draws) are 2 of 3 sets, and I have only played one-set matches to get here. Why is that?

coz if u want to have some chance to finish a carrier someday, it's better to play in best of 1 set than in best of 3 sets most the matchs. With 1-set, u'll need at least 100 hours to achieve ur 16 years long career.
But if u prefer to play in best of 3 sets, then click on the icon of number of sets before the match, and u'll be all set..! :)

OK. I thought it was strange because I have never heard of real tennis tournaments being this way, where one player plays a certain number of sets but the other players play a different number of sets. That is what was confusing me. It just didn't seem realistic in the respect. So, maybe the number of sets played by the other players is what the tournament is in real life?
