is it possible to disable that by pressing no button a safe strike is done? I don't want this help.

Hello,

no it's not possible.
Often, when you're short on time, the animation of your strike actually starts before you press any button.
And with a bit of practice, you'll see the safe strike is handy when you have to catch a ball on the last hundredth of second..!
