What is speed bonus for shoulder height acceleration?

i think it's not clearly defined. Is it the power the player generates or is it speed of movement or what? can anyone tell me :sweat:

Hello,

maximum bonus speed is about 20km/h on your 1H-FH with a Consistency of 100%, a perfect positioning, and a long enough preparation time.
