Manu, I noticed in the tennis.ini under raquets what looks very similar to Federer's old Ncode 6.0 tennis racquet except that the logo looks suspiciously like an upside-down Wilson logo. Is it because of copyrite or patent laws that you can't use the actual logos on the racquets and apparel? Just wondering.

yup, it's not possible to use trademarks nor logos without their owner express consent.

They should be glad that you're doing them a free promotion

yup, but they also want to control their reputation, and be sure to not be affiliated to something that may lower it.
That's why an agreement must be done...
Maybe it'd be actually easy to get one with most major sport brands, but personally, I don't like ads too much...
