One first match at World Tour on Autralian Open vs Feliciano Lopez i think, it was something like, 0-6 1-6 7-6 7-5 11-9 it was in incredible 10, no previews, simulation controls.

Can't remember all my thrilling matches. All the ones where I've saved match points are tense.

I did have one real life match in a tournament one time that I won, 6-7, 7-5, 7-5.

I fought off 7 match points IIRC. In the second AND third sets I was down 0-5 and came back.
