Can someone tell me what's the difference?
I just bought TE2013 and it's the same as 2011, which I bought a while ago and which can't be found anywhere. Don't tell me 2011 got upgraded to 2013 for free?

Yes, TE 2013 1.0b is basically TE 2011 1.0h. If you bought TE 2011 then your Key will also work for TE 2013.
