what happens when we play with 100% topspin + defender style? does the topspin exceed 100% cause of the bonus?

1- yes, if you don't lower your serve consistency

2- defender style allows to put a lot of spin faster in B1+down strike ; it doesn't change the max top spin you can put, though

so you mean, if we play with 50% topspin and with defender style, is it still 50% topspin?

Yes, all strikes will behave the same (ie: acceleration will have same speed & spin), except the topspin strike that will charge topspin faster.

ive lowered service power, it feels like my 1st serve % is lower now then before.

if ur consistency is higher then ur power the % of 1st serve will raise, if the power is higher than consistency the % will decrease
