Sure! Simply beat someone who is on the ladder and report the score to get ranked.

Thanks Is there a list of who is on the ladder? I think maybe I will just guess that the players who have names like Brad, Serena Williams etc... are all on the ladder and people who I play who are called Player 1 and things are probably not on the ladder?

If you click on "Standings" it will show the standings for the ladder. Also, if you click on "Rules" you will probably get a bette understanding of how the ladder works.
