I wanted to do a career with a junior player but I wanted to be able to edit his skills to my liking like I can with the pro training system.

Is there anyway to do this?

What are PotentialScale and AddTalent for?

PotentialScale => scale the speed to raise the potentials when training them
AddTalent => allow training the skills above their current potentials

Where are these values located? I am not seeing them in the tennis.ini folder

it's in GameSys.ini, but you can copy them over to your Tennis.ini .
