I noticed that after 2018-2020 young plaers who break through are often the same. How the game judges that these players have one more chance than others. But I also noticed that they are very irregular and some players pierced at 27-28 to see 30 years . Is this normal?

Hello,

it's decided from the past rankings and thus it's normal the same players will be top players from one game to another during that period. The year they reach their prime is random though.
