SubBuild 2019.8.16:

Changes :
- 3D Match : service speed handicap from spin lowered (eg: sliced serve is faster than before)
- 3D Match : sliced serve precision lowered, to avoid doing too many aces from the speed boost above

Bug Fixes :
- World Tour : singles players were getting a too high Doubles Spirit, making the top singles players almost always outclassing the Doubles specialists ; now the DoubleSpirit skill work almost as the special mental skills : it's a maximum reached when a player reaches his BestRank, instead of being normalized ; on top of it, there's a ~25% bonus for Doubles Specialists (so top doubles specialists will reach 100% Doubles Spirit before reaching their BestRank)
- Coach Center : everything was too bright when reopening the Coach Center without having played a 3D match in between
- 3D Match : Net will effect raised by 50%, this should force more effectively the player to stay on the baseline when negative, and rush the net more when positive
- Training : when choosing a partner to practice with the Junior filter, the rankings for the Pro player were silly instead of blank
