Should i be sending youth to tournaments in their first year or train them for a few years before doing it?

Hello,

1) like in real life, you're supposed to end in big debt before being able to reach the Top 100 and starts to make enough money.

So before to make big money, you have to be a bit careful ; the best for your Junior player is to go to tournaments close of your Coach Center, to save on travel expenses.

2) I think it's better to send your junior players to tournaments, else their motivation will go down which will impair their training efficiency.

No, you never can go bankrupt. When you're in the negative money-wise, you have to pay interest to the bank and can't have trainers.
