I have that in mine according to 2018, I just used Wikipedia for the lists (except I missed out a few Futures events to only include 5/6 events a week at that level, so the numbers such as Turkey F16 may be something like Turkey F30 in real life). It's a decent source for the lower level events, it gives the surfaces, sub-categories, whether the event offers hospitality or not, total prize money, etc.

But most important for me is, that there are the correct events at correct places and on the correct Court. Maybe playing days or something is not completely right, but this is ok for me.

So they went back to how it worked before the 2018 change, more or less, right ?

Yep, just less points. But therefore there are more spots in the Challenger draws.

What's changing back is that doubles players don't need to enter singles draws as well, the ITF ranking will only affect whether a player needs to qualify for a Transition event or not, that the transition tournaments can have up to 48 spots in singles qualifying (the original 24 spots was already increased to 32 which was still clearly too low) and the number of points that will be given out.
The old Futures events could give out up to 35 points ($25k+H), 27 points ($25k or $15k+H), or 18 points ($15k) depending on which one of the four sub-categories the event was. Now there are only two sub-categories as offering hospitality doesn't affect the category, so the events will only give up to 20 points (M25) or 10 points (M15) for winning them. One good change though is that you get points for all rounds of doubles past the first round instead of just from the semi-finals and onwards.
