Is there a problem with the character customisation as when you load a saved game it seems to automatically go to a certain type and you are unable to change t shirt style hair style etc.

thanks to your report, it's fixed in today's SubBuild !

Note : you need to start the game twice to fix the issue.

I don't know if the game has to update for this fix to take effect or if you have to start a new game,however in my saved game the problem remains hair,shorts and T-Shirt model can not be changed and all opponents have same form of T-Shirt as the one you have i do not know the actual model number of the hair,t-shirt or shorts that is being used as have attempted to change these the only thing you can do with the t-shirt is to invert it and change the colours.

Did you launch the game, exit the game, and launch the game again ?

Yes i tried that on several occasions but to no avail i assume by launching you mean loading and exiting and not uninstall and reinstall this is not a criticism of the game in any way as it does not detract from the game play or enjoyment as the customisation is purely in my opinion cosmetic but some may view it otherwise.

Can you check you installed the last version correctly ? Go to the Credits screen and it should show at the top : Build 8-2018.6.12 or 6.13.

If it's not your version, download & reinstall the demo now.

Else, could you open your Tennis.ini (or the .ini of your profile if you have created one), and look for the line "[Shirt]" (without the quote) and delete, then save and launch the game, and check the t-shirt is ok or not..?

The version was earlier than the one you quoted so downloading and reinstalling the demo did the trick thanks for your help.
