you had asked a different question, and I had already answered it, but only in my head it seems as I can't see it in the Forum...
1) So 1st question's answer is : new players are copies of existing ones, and once they are copied, changing the original ones won't change the copies.

2) For the messed up rankings, what do you mean exactly ? If you got too strong players, it's likely from the bug I fixed a couple of days ago. Or do you see the actual rankings changing when reloading your saved game ?

Yes, I think I did ask you different question lol.

1) I got it. Thanks.

2) It's the latter. The rankings got mixed up even in the same save games every time I reload the game.

Hopefully, it's mostly bug free. I will likely update it only once per month, so I'll focus on the Windows version for the bug fixes. However, I'll try to fix the game breaking bugs quickly if any occurs on the MacOS version.

Known Bug : it might not be possible to change the player colors with High Sierra. It'll be fixed when the game is ported to the Unity engine, in many months.

So I just sent the free keys to everybody who have bought TEM1 since last August, I hope you'll enjoy it !

I started a new game with the new build. However there are still overcheated players. I began in 1987. For instance in 1992 Carlsson, Willenborg and Testerman are in the top 10.

Even though Nystrom and Karlsson had a good career, they were never close to win a Grand Slam. In 1993 Carlsson in World Number 1 with 2 grand slams and Nystrom is world number 2 with 5 Grands Slams.

ouch, the players were evolving in any year, instead of only during the fictional years..!
This is now fixed, thanks to your report !

in TE2013, it was in the future fictional years, and also the doubles players in real years. 1st one is taken care of in TEM2 so Modders will have an easy time to set the ranks for the best players if I don't do it myself in the future...
For the doubles players, I still have to do an in-depth checking of their behaviors...

I checked and actually I had forgotten to put the button in Settings -> CPU Matches ; it's now there..!

Not many glitches left, but still a few:

1) When I wasn't selected for Davis Cup, it said it was the Olympics


2) It said my previous results in Davis Cup were the final in singles and I won the doubles


3) The seedings in the masters were not right


4) For the race rankings, only 1 of the 2 TET250 tournaments I won counted. This was only 2 weeks into the year and my ranking was 6 to start the year.


5) This is a complicated one, and I think I found a reproducible method for you to see it yourself. I saw these screens appear instead of my character's correct ones.





How to do it:
• Click on the "Coach Players" option
• Click on "Planning"
• For any tournament, click on "Past Champions"
• Click on the name of any player to see their activity
• Press "Back" twice and then click on the heading "Training" or "Coach Contract" and you should see these glitched screens
(I couldn't seem to reproduce the buggy "Planning" menu with all tournaments entered and the previous year I lost in the round robin stage every time)

3) This is likely normal : seeding is done with Race rankings, not Entry rankings (so Masters Cup past-year winner isn't advantaged)
