if it's not possible to ask your parents to use their credit card, then your only option is to send an international postal order of EUR 19 at your local post office (it's not a postal check !).

1- fill & print this form : https://www.managames.com/tennis/mailorder_en.html
2- go to post and ask to send an international postal order to the address in the form above ; this should cost about EUR5
3- wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive to me, and then I'll send you your license key to your email

in english money do you know how much it will cost all together

1 euro = 0.68 pound...
so about 3.5 pound for the postal order cost (I guess).
For the game, it might have a bit of fee for the conversion from pound to euro, so you should phone to your post office 1st if you want to know the exact rate.
