Can a mouse be used

Postby Guest » 29 Jun 2008, 06:46

Due to a physical disability i can not used the keyboard due to because i have only use of one hand. Can a mouse be used because this would make it a lot easier. Also are there any other Tennis games where you can use the mouse.

Hello,

sure you can play with the mouse.
To do so, just click on "Controls" on the right bar, available in most menus, and there, select "Mouse" instead of "Keyboard 1" for "Control" of "Player 1".

Mouse control isn't perfect, but in lower difficulty levels, it's really possible to play with it effectively.

Will this be improved in the next version. I do have a joystick so i will try that.

I will very likely change the mouse control someday to something more evolved & friendly, but I'm not sure when I'll find the time to do it...

I play with the mouse, this is almost as good as the keyboard, this has to be over 800 dpi and on a large game pad, in control panel window, mouse properties, select maximum speed pointer and in tennis elbow control mouse select maximum sensitivity and this is now very good and very fast.
Tennis elbow is the best in every game of tennis, the other the gameplay is very bad and none is played with mouse, except Fant*** Tennis is very silly but is only for very young children.
