In the survey you talked about a Tennis management game. Would this game have graphics or is it just a text sim? What is the soonest you plan on releasing it if you get enough feedback?

Thanks for reading

Hello,

right now, it's really too too soon to talk about it, or about release.
But let's talk about it anyway..! :P
So I'm still not sure I'll do it or not, but if I do it, it'll be based on TE2005 menus & engine, so it'll have a lot of graphics, I really don't want to do something only text based, it's too old school.

About the release, I'd say that the sooner would be for Christmas, but I'm really not sure, it'll depend of how much time I actually need to create this game, and of how much time I'll spend on next updates of TE2005 (such updates will be free for all TE2005 users)

But if you have ideas or wishes about a tennis management game, you can tell them here, I'll read them carefully ! :)

Regards,

ahh yes, a tennis management simulation would be a blast. I worked on a Excel based basis concept last winter but then I ran out of time to get deeper.
I'll contact you soon, maybe you can use a little but of it

I'll order Tennis Elbow in a minute, really enjoyed the demo 8)

Hello,

the development of "Tennis Elbow Manager 2006" started last month, but not much has been achieved so far.
Mainly, the new simulation works with most of the additional skills of the Manager, but the "Talents" are still not integrated (ex of talent : left-handed, early ball taking, combative, etc...)

The next step is to handle the training of our player.

Here a screen-in-progress of the Alpha, showing the current presentation of the opponent, just before a match. It's really not final, but at least, it shows the new skills.

I'm busy with many other things (freelance works, TE2006, and some hard earned holidays coming soon ;) ), so the Alpha won't be done before the end of May, at best.

What does the prematch screen look like on TE05 like that? And after the Tennis manager will there be a normal TE?

Hello,

it looks like TE2005 coz it's only an alpha screen to test the gameplay, without any redesign.
And after this screen, there will be the match screen that won't be the normal Tennis Elbow. It'll be only scores...
