My brother started his own career on TE 2006. He made changes to the player bank and saved them to the alternate bank, but when he tries to load the alternate bank to use for the career it crashes every time.

What's wrong?

I'm not sure what's wrong.
Maybe there are more players in the Alternate bank ?

Anyway, you should try to replace your current "Data\Players.ini" by "Data\Players_Alt.ini" before launching the game... (do a backup of your current Players.ini, just in case )
