Modding will be a bit easier, as I'll try to remove the need to change the GameSys.ini as much as possible when adding outfits & anims, so you'll just have to drop a folder in your Mods folder and you'll be all set ; this will ease mixing such kind of mods as well.
But it won't have dedicated tools.
