Team Cup registrations will be opened after the end of the WTF. The cup will be held from December 14th-27th. More on the official rules when the regis are opened.

IMO there's no way you can say a player's the best until he's (or maybe she in the future ) won a slam. Seeing anyone vote for Voja, Ro.Fed, or Richou is simply repulsive.

I think S.Williamz is the best without a doubt. He was the best at TE2006 and TE2009.
