Lol, I think there should be new TE09 tournament rules. Too many people are changing the character "stats" and it's becoming pointless. Surely, there should be a rule such as for example that everyone has to set 100% on everything and thus play with 80% avg + 70% service power in Fair Mod...

I'm not sure if this is a desired feature or not, but Santiago92 alerted me to the fact that the Computer player never hits the ball into the net during a rally. I then tested it out myself and sure enough, my CPU didn't hit it into the net at all. This is kind of strange.
