This could cause many problems with the ranking so i would suggest a maximum limit of consecutive not-played match (for example 3) and after that automatic wo to the opponent and ban if the trend keeps going. Anyway we have to find a solution for this excess of RL and WO. It's getting ridiculous! a...

the question is ridiculous because doenst matter if you;ll schedule a future or a challenger, the players will be the same :d and ofc that players rather playing a challenger due to big amount of points
