I just installed the patch and I have the same problem that Vibez and Shiwoon9AD. I can't hear the strokes.

It will be nice any solution, is very uncomfortable play without strokes sounds.

It would be pretty good for viewers who follow an interesting match. Since seeing game to game, is a bit boring.
