I think it will be nice if mods can tell us when the list posted here will be updated on a regular basis. For example, maybe on thursday, tuseday and sunday.

I am always tired of complaints about my connection just because I have 270ping with the central serveral France while European players have under 100ping. LOL

One way to solve this issue is that mods post who have queued in application thread the day before the deadline. (at least for seeded players)
