If you read How to Mod, you already know you have to export the folders you want to edit from Pak's.
The instructions are already in respective topics & miharu already gave you the locations of the mods, what are you waiting for

The outfit folders are packaged in the Pak03 & 04 of ''Data'' folder, you will have to extract it (with Qped) to edit them.
Or you can wait for an update of the patch...
