You will be able to play with an unmodded game (both opponents) or having the exact same mod of your opponent (mostly ITST).
Your online games will never be blocked except if you share your key or have a bad temperament during one match.

Contact manutoo (game creator) for the full list of payment methods https://www.managames.com/mail_en/

Then go directly to the folder where you installed the game (''C:\Program Files\Tennis Elbow 2013'' for default) and click in ''uninst''.
After that re-install.

If you bought the game; update it.

It may be creating a conflict with the already installed version.
I would suggest to un-install (in windows control panel) and then install it again from 0.
