Well, i have the demo, 17 matches played, and 800 of ELO, and the other day i opened the online after long long months, i beated a +2000 elo easily (well, he retired at 5-1 )

So it is clever by developer to open source in these things (but not enough I think). I think it's a lot of work to him to give open source, and then anyone can make copies of his game with different name, or someone can steal a part of the open source to introduce it to their games...
